Quality above all
If it isn’t something we’d want for ourselves, we don’t sell it — the standard applies to a machined part and a finished sign alike.

One address, two American-made trades, one standard for both.
Glass Components, Inc. has been machining parts for the glass container industry in Union City, Indiana since 1977 — building the components behind the mold that glass bottle-forming machinery depends on, everything short of the parts that touch the glass itself. Leslie Isenbarger, who purchased the company from her parents in January 2020, runs it today as a family-owned, women-owned business built on one standard: if it isn’t good enough for her own shop, it doesn’t leave the building.
Alongside the machine shop, HydroJet Signs & Fabricating grew out of a water jet CNC cutter and a folding table at local farm shows. As customers asked for decals, then printing, then embroidery, the shop brought each new service in-house rather than outsourcing it — and HydroJet became a full sign, print, and promotional operation sharing the same Union City address, the same ownership, and the same quality standard as the machine shop next door.
Every part and every sign that leaves our building meets the standard we’d accept for our own use — not the standard that’s merely good enough to ship. We manufacture in the United States because a shorter supply chain means fewer surprises for the people counting on us. And when a customer calls, they reach someone who can actually solve the problem: Leslie Isenbarger still answers her own phone and will set aside what she’s doing to get an order out the door.

A shorter supply chain means fewer surprises for the people counting on us, and quality we can stand behind.
Quick turnaround is how we work, not a premium upcharge — and the owner still answers her own phone.
